Are your products handcrafted?

Yes, each of our products is handcrafted in our Hebraic Woodshop. Because each piece is made from wood and handmade, you will find slight differences, “personality”, and uniqueness to each piece. However, we do stay absolutely true to the designs pictured for each product and use the wood you select.

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.

Do you offer custom products?

Yes, we offer custom products. Please visit our Custom page for more details. Also, please note that we do retain all of the rights to each design we create in wood.

How long after I place my order until I receive my order?
|

We ship as soon as possible after your pieces are created. Certain pieces are kept in stock, but many of our pieces are created for each order. We typically ship within 7-10 business days; if there is a delay any longer than that, we will immediately notify you.
