Tzitzit

The Torah in Numbers 15:38 and Deuteronomy 22:12 commands us to wear tzitzit (fringes) at the corners of our garments as a reminder of the mitzvoth (commandments). We are also instructed that the fringe should have a thread of "techeilet," understood to be a blue thread called the Shamash (servant thread). It is to be a daily reminder of who you are and Whose you are. These tzitzit can be looped through your belt loop.
